Training & Consultancy Plt, a dynamic and personal growth training company made up of professional team
of trainers to help corporations to achieve excellent performance in company business operation and personal

Perak State resident who is ex-employee of few well known & renowned multinational companies such as Siemens
Semiconductor (Osram Opto Semiconductors Msia Sdn Bhd), Philips Lumileds Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., Conner Peripherals
(Seagate Malaysia), Lion Group of Companies, Silverstone Berhad travels the Asia Pacific region teaching
individuals, corporation how to systemize, improve Productivity, Costs and Quality in their business operations.
Total 15 years of experience in automotive industry and has in-depth understanding of ISO9001:2015,
ISO14001:2015 EMS, IATF16949:2016 and ISO45001 (OHSAS 18001).

Eddie specialized

environmental management systems. He also specialized in Quality / Productivity / Operation Management training
& consultancy. He is the Main Coordinator and Resource Trainer/Facilitator for all the Federation of
Malaysian Manufacturers (FMM) Institute ASQ Professional Certification training programmes and examination such
as ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Manager of
Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) and Six Sigma
Champion/Leader. He also familiar with various quality gurus management philosophy such as Dr. Edward W. Deming,
Dr. Joseph M. Juran, Dr. Philip Crosby, Dr. Armand V. Feigenbaum, Dr. Kaoru Ishikawa and Dr. Genichi
Taguchi.
Eddie is a Six
Sigma practitioner since 1994 until today. Possesses in depth knowledge and skills on Six Sigma planning and
execution deployment which excel in Lean Six Sigma in recent years. Familiar with DMAIC, SIPOC, Value Stream
Mapping, Flow Manufacturing, 5S Housekeeping, Kaizen, SMED, Poka-Yoke, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Lean
Enterprise Concepts and Design for Six Sigma. Experience in effective coaching and leading work and improvement
teams in applying lean techniques to achieve pre-set goals and objectives. Ability of translate concepts of lean
into shop floor operations, supports and practices. Ability to think strategically and deploy tactically,
selecting and utilizing suitable and appropriate productivity improvement techniques including effective problem
solving techniques and tools to achieve established performance metrics and key performance indicators.
(including using statistical software i.e. Minitab, JMP, SPSS, Statistica, SAS and etc…)
Eddie also
experience in acting as Change Agent and/or Catalyst to drive and inculcate the Culture of Lean Concepts and
deploying Six Sigma and Operations Excellence initiatives by engaging Senior Leadership in committing and
supporting Lean Strategy, working closely with site operations in executing deployment.
Eddie, regularly
contracted as consultant to assist various companies in business process re-engineering (BPR) activities to
revitalize organizational operation and performance. Involved in organizational businesses in identifying,
establishing, deploying, executing, monitoring and reviewing and finally improving company short term and long
term business mission, goals and objectives through the application of relevant and suitable, appropriate
strategic and tactical planning and deployment. Acted as change and improvement catalyst to drive for
organization changes and improvements.
Eddie familiar
with various strategic planning models especially by Peter Drucker and James Harrington. Starting with analyzing
corporate and business environment, then engaging in strategic management which consists of strategic thinking,
planning and execution deployment. Various techniques and tools such as SWOT, Market Forces, Stakeholder
Analysis, Technology Trends, Internal Capabilities and finally the Legal & Regulatory Factors will be
utilized. Effective, suitable action plans and countermeasures, resource allocation and deployment,
organizational performance measurement and ultimately how Quality Division and Department play role and function
in these important business processes. He also possesses excellent Management, Communication Skills and
Abilities including Project Management skills.
Various and
different Principles of Management, Management Theories (Frederick Taylor, Douglas Mc Gregor, William Ouchi,
Abraham Maslow, Frederick W. Herzberg), Styles and Tools, Risk Management, Knowledge Management, Basic
Communication, Communication in Global Economy and Technology are part of the training and briefing provided
during organization re-engineering processes.
Eddie, a senior
ASQ member since 1996, had assisted ASQ recruited a total of 418 members in Malaysia and awarded the
Century Club Award member by ASQ in 2003! Eddie also a member of Chartered Quality Institute (CQI), United
Kingdom.
